Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of air conditioning units and components according to blueprints.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
- Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Secondary School certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, preferably with aircon systems.
- Basic computer literacy for logging production data.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
