Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality consumables.
- Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product integrity.
- Perform in-process quality inspections to identify and report any defects or deviations immediately.
- Maintain precise production documentation and logs to ensure full traceability of batches.
- Support equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to workplace organization and cleanliness by strictly following 5S and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and optimize workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec in Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to follow complex technical instructions and procedures with high attention to detail.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for data entry and electronic record keeping.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by production scheduling.
