Tanggung Jawab
- Perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth workflow and minimal downtime.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that outputs meet customer specifications and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving minor equipment malfunctions or production issues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and quality goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar production environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive manual tasks with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and emergency procedures in a factory setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or night shifts, as required.
