Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of equipment between production runs.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety and health regulations (WSH).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area adhering to 5S practices.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; full comprehensive training will be provided.
- Able to commit to permanent shift work (Day/Night, no rotation).
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic proficiency in English and Mathematics.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Willing to work in a cleanroom or fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be a Singaporean, SPR, or valid work pass holder.
