Join Vanguard International Semiconductor as a Manufacturing Photo Section Manager and lead critical operations in our advanced semiconductor fabrication facility. You will spearhead a team of engineers to execute production plans with precision, driving efficiency and innovation in photolithography processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers to achieve production targets and quality standards
- Execute production plans efficiently while maintaining equipment readiness and process optimization
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for yield enhancement and cost reduction
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control systems (ISO/SEMI standards)
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with process engineering, maintenance, and quality teams
- Develop and train team members to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Expert knowledge of photolithography processes and semiconductor fabrication
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in process optimization and SPC methodologies
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive technical initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team development
- Familiarity with semiconductor equipment (ASML, Nikon scanners) and automation systems
