Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Monitor manufacturing workflows to ensure optimal resource utilization and capacity planning.
- Coordinate closely with procurement and warehouse teams to manage raw material availability and inventory levels.
- Generate performance reports, identifying key metrics and actionable insights for process improvement.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve production delays and supply chain bottlenecks promptly.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at the manufacturing facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or production control.
- Proficiency in ERP software (SAP or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) processes and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Professional fluency in English and Malay; familiarity with international manufacturing standards is a plus.
