Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive packaging material procurement plans based on production forecasts and inventory levels
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials
- Collaborate with production teams to understand packaging requirements and align material availability with production schedules
- Analyze demand patterns and market trends to optimize packaging material inventory and reduce costs
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track packaging materials efficiently
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, order status, and supply chain performance metrics
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement cost-saving measures in packaging material management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience with inventory management systems and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
