Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, order, and coordinate all packaging materials requirements based on production forecasts.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to prevent production shortages while avoiding excess inventory.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and quality standards to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Procurement, and Warehouse teams) to address supply chain bottlenecks.
- Analyze production schedules and adjust procurement orders proactively to meet fluctuating demand.
- Maintain accurate inventory data within the ERP system to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce material waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or an Engineering-related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in material planning, production control, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and production plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management methodologies (JIT, Kanban, or MRP) is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work under tight production deadlines.
