Are you an aspiring engineer looking to make a mark in the electronics manufacturing industry? Kaertech Electronic Philippines, Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Laguna Technopark. In this role, you will be the backbone of our production floor, bridging the gap between high-level engineering strategies and daily operational excellence.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows, troubleshoot technical roadblocks, and ensure that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep desire to optimize technical processes while providing essential administrative support to our production leadership.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Process Engineering team in developing and implementing new production methods to enhance output quality.
- Provide technical and administrative support to production operations to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular process audits to identify bottlenecks and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
- Support the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Assist in the training of production staff on new tools, machinery, and safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory tracking for critical engineering components and spare parts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (Professional Regulation Commission) is preferred but not required.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics assembly environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CAD or similar engineering software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and team collaboration.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to shifting production schedules.
- A proactive mindset with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
