Celestica is a global leader in electronics manufacturing services, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our operations in Kulim, Kedah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring high product quality, and driving continuous improvement across our production lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement lean methodologies, reduce waste, and solve complex engineering challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Utilize statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, DOE) to perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production defects.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance teams to implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols.
- Implement and oversee Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or process engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and problem-solving tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
