Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, yield, and overall throughput.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment and process-related challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for workflow enhancement and cost reduction.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with strict safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Process Engineer or similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt is a plus), and root cause analysis tools.
- Proficiency in using process mapping tools and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of training operators and working with management.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Biñan, Laguna.
