Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end NPI process, from initial concept and pilot runs to mass production ramp-up and launch.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, and Supply Chain teams to translate engineering specifications into manufacturable processes.
- Develop, validate, and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Design and implement automation solutions to streamline production workflows and reduce manual handling.
- Drive Six Sigma and Lean initiatives to minimize defects and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Train production staff and supervise process technicians to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Process Engineering, with a strong focus on NPI projects.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and process simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of production line optimization, Lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse global teams.
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites or offsite locations as required.
