We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Talents Recruiter Pte Ltd. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for planning and executing complex manufacturing process tasks that drive operational excellence and efficiency.
As a Senior Engineer, you will take the lead in new product development (NPD), managing critical process start-ups, transfers, and comprehensive change management initiatives. Your expertise will directly impact production quality and output. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and ensure all manufacturing activities comply with stringent safety and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of manufacturing process tasks for new and existing products.
- Oversee process start-ups, technical transfers, and complex change management strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to validate designs and optimize production lines.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Monitor production metrics and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in process engineering, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong background in New Product Development (NPD) and process transfer methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing simulation software and CAD tools.
- Demonstrated success in managing organizational change and process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
