As an MPM Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing lifecycle of our products, coordinating across cross-functional teams to resolve technical bottlenecks, and maintaining rigorous quality control standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the project lifecycle from NPI (New Product Introduction) to mass production.
- Coordinate with R&D and Production teams to ensure technical specifications are seamlessly integrated into the assembly process.
- Conduct regular manufacturing process audits and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize 8D methodologies to perform root cause analysis for technical production issues.
- Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documents.
- Monitor production output quality and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and technical reporting to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EE), Industrial Engineering (IE), or Mechanical Engineering (ME).
- Strong knowledge of 8D problem-solving methodology and PFMEA implementation.
- Technical proficiency in reading engineering drawings and product specifications.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple project timelines.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating between local and international teams.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic foundation or entry-level professionals with relevant manufacturing exposure are encouraged to apply.
