Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement robust quality control plans for manufacturing processes to ensure product compliance.
- Analyze manufacturing data and performance metrics to identify root causes of quality issues and initiate corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production departments to optimize workflows and reduce scrap rates.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and lead cross-functional investigations for customer quality complaints.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff regarding quality procedures and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role, preferably in a high-precision electronics or connectivity environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, APQP, and PPAP methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., Fishbone, 5 Whys, 8D report writing).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward process safety and excellence.
