Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate and lead projects related to product, process, and quality system improvements to drive yield and reduce scrap.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production non-conformances and implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Monitor and analyze real-time quality metrics, generating reports to identify trends and potential areas for process degradation.
- Perform regular process audits to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and ISO requirements.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by validating process parameters and conducting quality risk assessments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Six Sigma) to boost operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing quality engineering role, preferably within the electronics or interconnect industry.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in statistical quality control tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans).
- Hands-on experience with root cause analysis methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Competency in data analysis software (Minitab, JMP, or Advanced Excel) is highly preferred.
