As we scale our manufacturing operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Senior Technician to join our elite quality assurance team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of excellence, ensuring that every vehicle component meets the rigorous safety, performance, and aesthetic benchmarks that define the XPENG brand. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to implement advanced quality control processes, analyze production data, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect production line processes to ensure compliance with global EV quality standards.
- Perform root cause analysis on manufacturing defects and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Operate and maintain precision testing equipment and quality measurement tools.
- Collaborate with assembly and engineering departments to streamline quality workflows.
- Conduct regular quality audits and document findings in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Train junior technicians on standard operating procedures and safety compliance.
- Support the validation of new production equipment and manufacturing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing, preferably within the automotive or EV industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and quality specifications.
- Deep understanding of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or ISO 9001 standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance, multicultural team.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic proficiency in English (Mandarin is a strong plus).
