Are you a detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist looking to make a tangible impact on production efficiency? Exis Tech Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated professional to optimize our manufacturing operations, reduce overhead costs, and drive continuous improvement. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of identifying cost-saving opportunities within the Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing techniques, ensuring seamless product transfers and supporting our strategic expansion projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current production workflows and Bill of Materials (BOM) to identify areas for cost reduction and waste elimination.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance assembly efficiency and product consistency.
- Train and mentor assembly staff on new techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards to improve overall workforce performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to support product transfer projects and manage new product introductions (NPI).
- Monitor production metrics and performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives and meet production targets.
- Assist in the procurement process by providing technical specifications and cost estimates for raw materials.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, cost analysis, and Bill of Materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and implement practical solutions.
- Proven track record of training staff and leading process improvement projects.
- Proficient in using ERP systems or manufacturing software.
