Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety and quality protocols.
- Perform real-time inspections to identify defects and ensure output meets strict Qualcomm specifications.
- Execute daily production schedules to meet throughput targets while minimizing downtime.
- Document production data accurately within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace consistent with 5S and cleanroom standards.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and escalate technical issues to maintenance engineers.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing or cleanroom environment.
- Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) with high precision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and digital data entry.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
