ICHOR Systems is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor 1 to join our growing team in Shah Alam. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. We are looking for a leader who can drive performance, mentor a dedicated workforce, and implement best practices to maintain our high standards of quality.
As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between upper management and the production floor. You will be expected to monitor output, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and operational procedures. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure targets are met efficiently.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production staff to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on the factory floor.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve production issues immediately.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics for raw materials and finished goods.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by production needs.
