- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams through effective coaching and performance management
- Implement and maintain process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with environmental regulations
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Proven leadership experience in supervising production teams
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001) preferred
- Advanced problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing analytics tools
