RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our industrial parts manufacturing operations in the West Coast region. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production workflows, maintaining quality standards, and implementing process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead production team including assemblers to achieve daily production targets
- Oversee manufacturing operations for industrial parts ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Implement digital transformation initiatives and process improvement methodologies
- Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet delivery deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to team members
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in industrial parts manufacturing
- Proven experience supervising and managing production teams
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in manufacturing ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with quality control standards and safety regulations
