Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production machinery and assembly lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and minimize downtime.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance checks to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Analyze production data and generate performance reports to identify potential process improvements.
- Assist in the implementation of new engineering projects and plant equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSHA) guidelines and ISO quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- Entry-level candidates with strong academic performance or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CAD software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
