Join Angelina's Bakeshop as a Manufacturing Team Leader and drive excellence in our production operations. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily manufacturing processes to ensure production targets are met with maximum efficiency while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene. You'll lead a dedicated team of production staff, implement process improvements, and maintain strict compliance with food safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily/weekly manufacturing targets
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Optimize workflow to minimize waste and maximize productivity
- Conduct regular safety inspections and incident investigations
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP standards
- Proven experience in team management and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic proficiency in production management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Valid food handling certification preferred
