Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal throughput.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production tools to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions following strict safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct equipment upgrades and process improvements.
- Maintain high standards of cleanroom discipline, adhering to all safety and contamination control procedures.
- Record production data accurately and report anomalies to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom environment is highly advantageous, though entry-level candidates with a strong technical aptitude are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume production setting.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and operating procedures.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
