- Operate and maintain manufacturing machinery/equipment according to SOPs
- Perform routine quality checks and troubleshooting of production systems
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Document production logs and equipment performance metrics
- Adhere strictly to food safety protocols (HACCP/FSSC 22000)
- Collaborate with engineering team for process optimization
- Train junior technicians on equipment operation
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
Kualifikasi
- Technical/vocational diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Technology
- 1-2 years manufacturing/production experience
- Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts
- Valid government-issued ID and clear NBI clearance
- Willingness to undergo company training programs
