We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join COHR Malaysia in Bayan Lepas, Penang. In this pivotal role, you will perform a wide variety of optical, electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and measurement product tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly, testing, and calibration of optical, electronic, and electro-mechanical products to ensure precision.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and gauges to verify product specifications and quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance on production machinery and report any technical issues to supervisors.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
- Document production data and quality control results accurately in the system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with 5S standards.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve production defects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechatronics, Electronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of optical and electronic systems and basic mechanics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and engineering blueprints.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and testing gauges.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
