Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble, test, and calibrate product components according to technical drawings and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production equipment performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify, document, and troubleshoot assembly issues or production bottlenecks in real-time.
- Ensure all activities comply with organizational safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs and quality control records for component traceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to refine assembly processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent industrial experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong manual dexterity and high attention to detail for handling sensitive electronic or mechanical components.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is an added advantage.
