Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production output and efficiency.
- Perform routine quality control inspections and testing on laser components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assemble optical components and systems according to detailed engineering specifications and blueprints.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical or assembly issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of quality checks, inventory usage, and machine logs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma or certification in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, optics, or laser technology is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn proprietary manufacturing software quickly.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment and adhere to strict safety standards.
