Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise electro-mechanical assembly operations for pneumatic systems and industrial machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Conduct systematic testing and calibration of machinery to meet performance specifications
- Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process optimization initiatives
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality control standards
- Assist in training junior technicians on equipment operation and maintenance
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance or assembly
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong diagnostic skills for pneumatic systems and industrial machinery
- Familiarity with CAD software and precision measurement tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IPC-A-610, Six Sigma Yellow Belt) preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Physical capability to lift up to 25kg and operate in industrial settings
