Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machinery and production lines to ensure optimal output.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or technical issues in real-time to minimize production downtime.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled by the engineering team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with workplace safety policies.
- Document production data, batch records, and inventory levels accurately using digital management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve overall production efficiency.
- Participate in daily shift briefings and safety training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate standard workshop tools.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and safety manuals.
- Proficient in basic computer skills for inventory logging and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of physical stamina to handle manual production tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be willing to work on shift rotations as required by operational needs.
