Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and assembly blueprints
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Experience with precision measurement tools and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is advantageous
