We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our operations team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will assist the Manufacturing Supervisor or Line 2IC in controlling the main production line and managing complex sub-assembly processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing activities align with strict quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor in the setup, operation, and monitoring of the main production line and sub-assembly processes.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and output efficiency.
- Perform routine quality control checks, calibrations, and inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with 5S standards and company safety policies.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor technical issues or process deviations to minimize downtime.
- Document production data, test results, and quality logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality Control (QC) methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise manual tasks.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., SSST) are highly desirable.
