Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and maintain advanced manufacturing machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet precise engineering specifications.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or technical issues on the production line to minimize downtime.
- Document production data accurately and maintain detailed logs for inventory and tracking purposes.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, health, and environmental guidelines in the workplace.
- Collaborate with production engineers to implement process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for different production runs.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss output goals and quality targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of ISO quality standards and 5S methodology is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by production schedules.
- Basic computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
