Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment
- Provide real-time technical support to production teams to resolve equipment-related issues
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency
- Document maintenance activities, equipment performance, and incident reports accurately
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- Train production staff on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance or technical support
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, CAD software, and maintenance management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with systematic troubleshooting methodology
- Valid electrical/mechanical certification (e.g., PLC, HVAC) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
