PERSOL is a leading provider of manufacturing solutions, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician for our facility in the East Region of Singapore. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for building, repairing, and testing electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality production standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic systems according to specifications.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on assemblies and subassemblies to ensure functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Document all testing and repair activities, maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management of components and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or technician roles.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including pneumatic and vacuum systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in AM/PM shifts.
