Tanggung Jawab
- Support laser product manufacturing processes through assembly, testing, and calibration activities
- Implement and optimize manufacturing procedures to enhance efficiency and quality standards
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot technical issues in production equipment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including work instructions and quality records
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and ISO requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase productivity
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or technical support role
- Familiarity with laser technology, optical components, or photonics manufacturing
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical approach to technical challenges
- Experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and calibration procedures
