Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform routine quality control checks and inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
- Assemble components and products according to established specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S workplace management standards.
- Report any machinery malfunctions, material shortages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and inventorying of finished goods.
- Participate actively in daily briefings and training sessions to enhance technical skills.
Kualifikasi
- No prior work experience or formal technical qualifications are required; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes or willingness to learn is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week.
