In this role, you will be instrumental in the assembly, testing, and continuous improvement of cutting-edge optical and laser-based production systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform complex assembly and calibration of precision optical and laser components according to technical blueprints and work instructions.
- Execute production tasks within established cycle times while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Identify and document process deviations, contributing to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain production equipment and tools, conducting basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance to ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Quality Assurance, to resolve manufacturing challenges.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on production progress, yields, and inventory status.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of junior technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, or equivalent technical certification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing, cleanroom, or precision assembly environment.
- Proven ability to interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency with hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and automated manufacturing software.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment and adapt to changing production schedules.
