Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining wet process equipment in semiconductor fabrication facilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and process control
- Document production activities, equipment status, and process parameters accurately
- Participate in process optimization initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and technicians to troubleshoot process issues
- Learn and apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to maintain product quality
- Adhere to all safety protocols and cleanroom requirements in the manufacturing environment
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related technical field
- Strong academic standing with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes or willingness to learn rapidly
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or statistical software
- Attention to detail and precision in following procedures and documenting data
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict safety protocols
