Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the assembly, installation, and testing of complex semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance and complex troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Safety, Health, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Document all production activities, test results, and equipment logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to implement process improvements and technical solutions.
- Operate precision measurement tools and calibrate machinery to ensure operational accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, wafer fabrication, or electronics assembly is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, specifically the Night Shift (4:00 PM - 1:30 AM).
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of cleanroom protocols and safety procedures.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment.
