About the Position
We are excited to announce 20 vacancies for Manufacturing Technicians to support semiconductor assembly operations in Changi. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for performing assembly and testing of semiconductor devices, ensuring high-quality output. What You’ll Do
In this role, you will handle various assembly processes such as die bonding, wire bonding, and encapsulation. You will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, perform quality inspections, and collaborate with engineers to optimize production flow. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform semiconductor assembly tasks such as die attach, wire bonding, and encapsulation.
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Conduct inspections to verify product specifications.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
- Maintain cleanroom standards and follow safety protocols.
- Record production data and report any deviations.
- Assist in training new technicians as needed.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics) or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing, preferably semiconductor assembly.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and practices.
- Ability to work rotating shifts (morning/night) and overtime.
- Good eyesight and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
