PERSOL is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our client's facility in Woodlands. In this role, you will be an integral part of the production team, ensuring that high-precision equipment is assembled, tested, and ready for deployment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform the assembly of complex semiconductor components according to technical drawings and work instructions.
- Execute rigorous testing procedures to ensure all products meet strict quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical or electronic issues encountered during the assembly process.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization within the cleanroom environment (following 5S protocols).
- Document production progress accurately in the manufacturing execution system.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to identify potential process improvements.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in a semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and assembly diagrams.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to commit to shift work and stand for extended periods if required.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and certification programs.
