Tanggung Jawab
- Execute assembly of semiconductor components according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform precise equipment setup and calibration to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Conduct thorough testing of assembled units to identify and troubleshoot defects.
- Monitor production line performance and report any mechanical or process inconsistencies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with cleanroom protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily output and quality targets.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate inventory records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics).
- Prior experience in a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle basic technical equipment.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with required protective gear.
- Willingness to work on shifts if required by production schedules.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow complex written and verbal instructions.
