Tanggung Jawab
- Assemble and test electrical/mechanical components according to engineering specifications
- Operate and maintain precision manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform quality control checks and documentation of production processes
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot assembly issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Assist in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train team members on new assembly techniques and equipment
Kualifikasi
- NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly environments
- Basic knowledge of electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools and precision measuring instruments
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Flexibility to work day or noon shifts as required
