Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal production output.
- Perform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate shift logs.
- Ensure compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with floor supervisors to streamline workflow and improve production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to perform 5-day work week duties in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
- Proficiency in basic hand tools and technical machinery operations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Singaporeans or Permanent Residents preferred.
