Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the operations and marketing teams in daily retail administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in sportswear, footwear, and lifestyle products.
- Support the team in managing inventory data, product documentation, and campaign reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of in-store and online promotional activities.
- Assist in organizing and monitoring event logistics or brand activation programs.
- Contribute to data entry, filing, and preparation of performance analysis presentations.
- Maintain effective communication across internal departments to ensure brand consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Final year students or recent graduates with a strong passion for the retail and sports industry are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- Proactive mindset with a high attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
