Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health, adhering to the prescribed curriculum standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and Christ-centered classroom environment that promotes active learning, respect, and student well-being.
- Assess student performance through various methods, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of academic progress and character development.
- Organize and supervise co-curricular and extra-curricular activities related to MAPEH subjects, such as school performances, sports events, and art exhibitions.
- Integrate Christian values, biblical principles, and character formation into daily lessons and student interactions to nurture holistic growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student academic success and personal development.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities, faculty meetings, and school-wide events to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community.
- Ensure the health, safety, and proper supervision of students during all MAPEH-related activities, both in and out of the classroom.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, preferably with a major in MAPEH, Physical Education, Music Education, Art Education, or a related field.
- Possession of a valid Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) credential in the Philippines is highly preferred.
- Proven experience teaching MAPEH subjects at the primary or secondary level, ideally within a Christian educational setting.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and passion for all four disciplines of Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills to create an engaging learning environment.
- Ability to effectively integrate faith and learning, aligning instructional practices with the school's Christian mission and values.
- Proficiency in utilizing various teaching methodologies, educational technology, and assessment tools.
- A deep personal commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of a Christian international school.
