Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and wiring on marine vessels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and navigation equipment failures.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and preventive maintenance on all electrical components.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all electrical work strictly complies with maritime safety regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to upgrade existing systems and implement new technologies.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance logs, repairs, and inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Marine Electrician certification or relevant trade qualification.
- Proven experience working on marine vessels or in the maritime industry.
- Strong working knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, circuitry, and motors.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and at heights.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor duties.
- Current driver’s license (if applicable for regional travel).
