Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems on board luxury vessels
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on generators, HVAC, and navigation equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in marine environments using diagnostic tools
- Ensure compliance with international maritime safety regulations (SOLAS, MLC)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize vessel electrical performance
- Manage emergency electrical response protocols during voyages
- Document maintenance activities and prepare technical reports
Kualifikasi
- Valid electrician certification or license (Philippine or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in marine/offshore electrical systems
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with vessel-specific electrical standards (ABS, DNV, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Physical fitness for demanding maritime conditions
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and automation systems
